We appreciate that you may like to see a sample of a product to confirm an order or selection. We are happy to provide samples however due to the nature of our business we have several policies in place.

  • We suggest that you browse through our site, speak to our Promotional Product Specialists and obtain all relevant pricing and product details.
  • If you would like to move forward with an order, but need to check the quality of the item, we would be pleased to arrange the sample(s) for your evaluation.
  • Samples will be charged for at the quoted price plus all relevant freight charges to deliver the sample(s) to your nominated destination.
  • Samples may be returned within a 21 day for credit, however a credit is not applied to the freight cost. Note returned samples must be supplied in original and saleable condition for a credit to be applied.
  • A tax invoice for samples will be issued and will need to be paid for prior to dispatch.
  • We recommend that you review a sample before placing a large quantity order. However, if you forgo a sample review, Australian Corporate Essentials will not be held liable or responsible for any consequences from not viewing a sample.
